It all depends. If a hotel partner is contracted with RAHN RECOMMENDS | SAN FRANCISCO | eConcierge Services to provide the service then it will be FREE OF CHARGE to that specific hotel’s guests. If the hotel partner is not contracted to offer the service free to its guests then guests will have an option to independently contact RR | SF | eConcierge Services and pay a one-time flat fee ($15) to receive —email only—recommendations and communication (up to five email exchanges). If the request is for RR| SF | eConcierge Services to •book a tour(s) •secure theatre, sporting or other entertainment tickets, make dinner reservations, etc. and you request ticket(s) delivery to your hotel location then the cost is ($25), per request. If the request is for RR | SF | eConcierge Services to: •provide bespoke day-to-day customized planning during your stay by: booking a tour(s), securing theatre, sports or other entertainment tickets, confirming dinner reservations, etc. and you request ticket(s) delivery to your hotel location then this cost will be initially assessed at ($100), per request. The special day-to-day planning package may vary in cost depending on the level of day-to-day demand of the Concierge.
